Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall achievement of Divisional Marketing & Sales budget for the particular financial year
  • Manage an effective efficient and productive Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan by providing sales and marketing forecasts for each product which needed to accomplish the goals.
  • Form informal networks with company senior management updating them on a regular basis.
  • Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders patient support groups and other healthcare organizations .
  • Ensure effective team communication throughout the marketing department through the application of suitable reporting systems and structures and the identification and provision of appropriate training.
  • Financial management of the marketing programme including budget planning resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of stocks to parties after billing and responsible for the outstanding
  • Build a strong & coherent team which can implement sales and marketing strategies to build sustainable business.
  • Communicate effectively with Senior leadership team & other business groups in order to drive business.
  • Establish excellent rapport with key customers and value add their practice thru innovative initiatives thereby build strong advocacy for our brands
  • Assessment of Risks and Opportunities in Occupational Health Safety and Environment Management System
