Responsibilities
- Work with strategists to translate strategic direction into clear objectives and an actionable plan.
- Organize people tools and schedules to execute predictably and deliver consistently.
- Facilitate workshops that cut through complexity and resolve ambiguityconnecting the team to the realities of the client relationship and aligning strategy goals and dynamics into one clear plan.
- Keep team members focused and aligned with strategy and client stakeholders throughout the execution cycle.
- Prevent fragmentation and context-switching by sequencing activities logically and enforcing clear consistent priorities.
- Build a culture of committed performance accountability and professional growth.
- Implement only the processes and documentation needed to clarify structure and accelerate the worknothing more.

- Skilled facilitator able to read the plan the people and the power dynamics at onceuncovering hidden misalignments and forging clarity and commitment.
- Ability to inspire alignment and commitment across diverse teams.

Experience and Education
- 5 years in program or project management operations or a comparable role in a professional services or agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
- Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with program/project management frameworks and tools with the judgment to use them pragmatically.
- Bachelors degree in business communications or related field; PMP or similar certification is a strong asset but not required.
