Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dynamic UK Recruiters with 2 7 years of relevant experience to join our team in Visakhapatnam.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for UK-based clients including sourcing screening evaluating and scheduling interviews in alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and understand technical job requirements for various roles shared by clients.
Source screen and evaluate candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate effectively between candidates and client teams.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with candidates through consistent follow-up and engagement.
Work with clients across IT Pharma and Retail domains to fulfill their hiring needs.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends to identify and attract relevant talent.
Network through industry contacts associations trade groups social media and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create review and refine job descriptions.
Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and implementations.
Effectively utilize job portals and ATS platforms for sourcing tracking and managing candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 7 years of UK recruitment experience preferably with exposure to IT Pharma or Retail domains.
Strong understanding of UK tax terms including Inside IR35 and Outside IR35 regulations.
Knowledge of various UK work visa types such as Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa and Dependent Visas along with their implications for hiring and compliance.
Proven ability to source and recruit candidates across permanent contract and temporary roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with UK-based candidates and clients.
Proficiency in using major UK job portals (e.g. Monster UK Indeed LinkedIn) and ATS tools.
Strong networking relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
