Contract Duration: 6 Months (On Contract with Gallagher)
Location: Mumbai
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO / 2 Days WFH)
Shift: General Shift 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to Early Joiners
Experience Required
Mandatory Requirements

End-to-end HR recruitment experience from Indian insurance companies (mandatory)
-
Proven experience in bulk hiring and general insurance hiring
-
Strong exposure to sourcing screening interview coordination and closures
-
Good communication skills (candidates with poor communication will not be considered)
-
Ability to support high-volume hiring requirements
Key Responsibilities
-
Handle end-to-end recruitment for insurance roles
-
Support bulk and lateral hiring requirements within the insurance domain
-
Screen candidates for communication skills domain relevance and role fit
-
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
-
Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment reports
-
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business needs
Preferred Skills

Strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in fast-paced high-volume hiring environments
