Job Summary

Sai House Consultants Hyderabad seeking IT recruiters for their Australian Clients

Core Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Active Sourcing: Proactively finding passive candidates (those not looking for work) via LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow and specialized job boards (e.g. Dice).
  • Boolean Search: Crafting complex search strings to filter resumes for specific coding languages frameworks or certifications.
  • Networking: Attending tech conferences meetups and hackathons to build a long-term talent pool.

2. Technical Screening & Evaluation

  • Requirement Analysis: Meeting with hiring managers to understand the tech stack (e.g. Java vs. Kotlin) and the soft skills needed for the team.
  • Initial Interviews: Conducting phone/video screens to verify a candidates experience salary expectations and interest level.
  • Skill Assessment: Administering or coordinating technical tests (e.g. Codility HackerRank) before moving candidates to the panel interview stage.

3. Full-Cycle Management

  • Interview Coordination: Managing schedules between busy engineering teams and candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation: Acting as the bridge between the companys budget and the candidates expectations including base pay equity (RSUs/options) and benefits.

Candidate Experience: Ensuring every applicant receives timely feedback to maintain a strong employer brand in the tech community.

  • Shift Timing: Are you available to work Monday to Friday 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST (Note: We follow the Australian holiday calendar).
  • Work Setup: Do you have a personal laptop with Microsoft 365 installed

    • If no: Are you able to commute daily to our office in Puppalaguda Hyderabad
  • Communication: Are you comfortable communicating in English and open to learning Australian accents and professional mannerisms
  • Tools: Do you have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Manatal (ATS) or Zoho Recruit
  • Expectations: What is your expected monthly salary
  • Notice Period: What is your earliest availability to start
