Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques including sourcing interviewing and candidate selection.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
- High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for specific industries or roles (Sales Operations Non-IT sector majorly) is a plus.
