Job Summary

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain a detailed database of candidates and keep records of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Support the development of recruitment strategies to meet the companys hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies throughout the hiring process.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques including sourcing interviewing and candidate selection.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
  • High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for specific industries or roles (Sales Operations Non-IT sector majorly) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.

Required Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in an HR management role preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC). Experience in a USA-based MNC is strongly preferred. Educational Qualification: A degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or any related field. Skills & Expertise: Hands-on experience in payroll management ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws. Strong understanding of the hiring process from job posting to onboarding. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Solid experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS) including conducting appraisals and managing performance improvement plans. Proven ability in planning and executing employee engagement activities that drive a positive culture Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
