Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as Technical Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start a career in recruitment learn end-to-end hiring processes and work closely with technology teams to support IT staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles through training and guidance
Source candidates using job portals LinkedIn referrals and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Support offer rollouts documentation and onboarding activities
Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering HR Management preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of IT roles or willingness to learn technical concepts
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel Word and email communication
Nice to Have:
Internship or academic exposure to recruitment or HR
Familiarity with job portals or LinkedIn (training will be provided)
Interest in IT staffing and talent acquisition
