We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to join our Value & Risk Advisory and Strategic Consultancy team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations support business growth and ensure seamless execution of processes across our Portuguese business covering Commercial Real Estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Coordination:

  • Act as main operational contact for country leads COOs and sector teams
  • Organize meetings conferences and client events
  • Support onboarding and training for new starters
  • Provide technical assistance for tools like Argus Horizon CapForce SalesForce
  • Manage business-led change processes and escalations
  • Manage Suppliers and Regulatory process

Financial Management:

  • Handle financial reporting accruals accounts receivable/payable and supplier invoices
  • Prepare financial reports using Salesforce Capforce and Power BI
  • Maintain Pricing and Productivity Trackers

Marketing & Content:

  • Coordinate monthly/quarterly client deliverables and webinars
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
  • Manage SharePoint sites and client surveys
  • Oversee local social media management ensuring compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in operations coordination or business support preferably in professional services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial reporting tools is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Good analytical and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Portuguese real estate market advantageous

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and operational excellence of our VRA and Strategic Consultancy business in Portugal working with a dynamic team across diverse real estate sectors.
