Key Responsibilities
Implement in-store promotions displays and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility
Ensure accurate and appealing product displays facing and stock levels
Provide sales support to retail staff demonstrating products and addressing customer queries
Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff managers and customers
Monitor and maintain inventory levels minimizing stock outs and overstocking
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing Sales Business Administration or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales merchandising or retail management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
