Our client a financial services institution is seeking a Sales Lead Retail Banking to drive customer acquisition deposit mobilization and revenue growth across retail banking products. The role requires strong leadership capability and a proven sales track record within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead retail banking sales initiatives and customer acquisition strategies
Drive deposit mobilization and growth of retail banking products
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business targets
Manage and coach sales officers to achieve individual and team targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports
Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve customer experience

Proven experience in retail banking sales or business development
Strong background in customer acquisition and deposit mobilization
