Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM New York Time (includes 30-minute paid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours


Join our client s team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a vital role in their growth. As the first point of contact for potential clients in the manufacturing sector you ll conduct research qualify leads and ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team. Your efforts will directly support a forward-thinking tech company that s transforming industrial operations and driving factory efficiency worldwide.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone calls with potential clients following scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.

  • Perform detailed research on leads to uncover valuable insights.

  • Qualify leads over the phone assessing fit and interest.

  • Record and organize call outcomes and research data in the company s CRM system.

  • Transfer qualified leads and insights to the sales team for follow-up.

  • Maintain excellent English communication standards in all interactions.

  • Adapt to evolving processes and tools as the company grows.


Requirements
  • Excellent English skills with a neutral accent.

  • Proven sales or appointment setting experience.

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to follow scripts and protocols while engaging naturally.

  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and information management.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and related software.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced growth-oriented environments.

  • Interest in technology and industrial innovation.
