Position Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: PHP 85000 PHP 100000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM 12:00 AM PH Time UK Holidays

Our client is a leader in structural repairs boasting over 30 years of experience. Their dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service to commercial industrial and residential clients. They prioritize creating lasting solutions and fostering strong relationships with their clients.

Were now expanding our commercial team by hiring an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager in the Philippines who can lead the sales cycle end-to-endfrom prospecting to closingand help grow the UK pipeline strategically.

This role requires a highly driven results-oriented sales leader capable of closing complex B2B deals and influencing decision-makers in engineering facilities management asset ownership and construction.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities converting leads driving revenue and building long-term relationships with clients in the UK market.


Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Deal Closing
Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting presenting solutions preparing proposals negotiations closing.
Conduct high-level sales calls with decision-makers (engineers property managers directors asset managers).
Deliver compelling presentations about Structural Repairs services (concrete repair scanning strengthening structural maintenance).
Prepare and present quotations tenders and commercial proposals confidently.
Overcome objections drive urgency and secure new contracts.
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
Identify qualify and develop strategic opportunities within targeted sectors (commercial industrial energy rail heritage infrastructure).
Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM toolstracking leads forecasts and revenue.
Coordinate with marketing UK operations and engineering teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Build partnerships with contractors consultants and property management companies.
Analyse market trends emerging opportunities and competitive activity within the structural repair industry.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong communication with UK prospects from first contact to project handover.
Develop long-term relationships to generate upsell and repeat project opportunities.
Ensure a positive customer experience before during and after the sales engagement.
Management & Coordination
Work closely with the UK-based Managing Director and Operations Team for pricing scoping and project planning.
Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports forecasts and insights.
Mentor oversee or collaborate with the local BDR/lead generation team when necessary.

Qualifications
3 - 5 years experience in B2B sales or business development ideally in:
o Construction
o Structural repairs
o Civil engineering
o Infrastructure or industrial services
Proven record of closing high-value contracts or technical service agreements.
Excellent English communication (verbal & written) able to pitch confidently to UK clients.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to simplify technical solutions for non-technical clients.
High confidence strong presence and comfortable handling senior decision-makers.
Experience preparing proposals tenders and pricing strategies.
Strong organizational skills: CRM management call logs follow-ups and pipeline reporting.
Must be comfortable working UK time-zones.
Ability to work independently with strong accountability.
