Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can support our client acquisition efforts through consistent outbound outreach lead qualification and effective appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys talking to decision-makers and knows how to uncover real prospects through smart conversations. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager to refine targeting messaging and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to cold and warm prospects to generate interest and initiate conversations.
Conduct Email Campaigns for prospecting leads.
Qualify leads using the BANT framework and align them with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Book qualified discovery calls and follow the appointment-setting process.
Use and improve calling scripts objection-handling techniques and outreach messaging tailored to the outsourcing industry.
Maintain accurate records of all activities inside HubSpot CRM.
Leverage tools like Apollo Sales Navigator and email/SMS follow-ups to increase contact and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to refine targeting outreach sequence performance and market approach.
Provide weekly reports on outreach performance lead quality and insights from conversations.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (preferably in BPO or staffing).
Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day and engaging with C-level and management-level prospects.
Excellent English communication skills—clear confident and persuasive.
Strong experience in appointment setting lead qualification and objection handling.
Familiarity with:
HubSpot
Apollo
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Tech-savvy organized and able to adapt to different tools and processes.
Highly driven self-motivated and eager to hit weekly and monthly targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a remote sales environment.
Background in outsourcing staffing BPO sales and IT services
Understanding of outsourcing & IT system pain points and the value of Philippine offshore talent.

Actively prospect via personal network LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other approved channels.
Focus on potential clients in staffing recruiting Employer of Record (EoR) Managed Service Contractor of Record (CoR) sectors and clients needing IT services (new or enhanced)
Market Focus
Primary: USA Canada Market
Secondary: UK and APAC regions
Pipeline Development & Conversion
Book a minimum of 10–15 qualified meetings per month with decisionmakers.
Ensure leads are accurately tagged tracked and updated in HubSpot.
Tools & Resources Utilization
Effectively use company-provided tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo HubSpot and APNtalk.
Request for additional tools/resources may be submitted subject to Company approval.
Performance & Flexibility
Maintain a flexible work schedule with performance measured against activity KPIs and meeting targets.
Ensure quality in outreach and lead qualification while consistently meeting agreed performance benchmarks.
Collaboration
Actively participate in weekly sales meetings.
Provide feedback suggestions and recommendations to improve processes and help the Company meet targets.
