Description Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual (English & Japanese) Account Manager to create long-term trusting relationships with our Financial Services customers in Japan. The Account Manager s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job Description:
Account manager must develop strong relationships with our Financial Services customers connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing this role s/he will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Practice and Delivery groups) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
Ultimately a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our practice and delivery teams to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow opportunities with existing clients
- Client Relationship Management
- Key Sales activities
- F2F regular meetings with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for opportunities and contracts
- Contract negotiation and closure with clients
- Ensure timely cash collection per contracts
- Ensure internal Sales System and forecast updates
- Maintain and grow relationship with Alliance Partners
- Build good relationships with clients by using knowledge of Companys capability and client needs
- Proactively develop new opportunities in cooperation with internal Practice and Delivery
- Support in acquiring new clients
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Insurance Domain experience -- P&C/Life
- Good communication skills
- Experience in working in Sales / Sales Support
- Experience in contract discussion / negotiation with clients
- Experience in directly working with end Japanese clients and end Global clients
- Strong Skills on MS Excel and Power point
Good to have:
Exposure to Sales management systems such as Salesforce or similar
Experience in working with Global Teams (India / China / Other geographies)
Have experience of interacting with C level or C-1 level clients
