Job Title: Customer Support Associate International Voice / Chat
Role Description:
A CSA in this role responds to customer queries and provide resolution support and assistance to the customers who send Chats pertaining to existing/new queries on services provided by the client. The Agent will play an integral role in improving the customer experience by providing fast friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities
Skills and Competencies:
Mandate Requisites - CSA - International Voice
Fresher / Experience - Fresher & Experience are eligible
Qualification - Fresher - Any Degree with Computer Science stream including B.E & in CS/IT are eligible
Experience - Candidates with min 1 yr to 2 yrs with Tech Support under any stream are eligible)
Industry - Any Technical Support Experience (Broadband Service/ Troubleshooting/Configuration etc)
Skills Req - Excellent Communication Skills
Hands on Experience in Tech Support or Tech Services
Shift - Rotational 9.5 HRS between 11:30AM to 5:30AM IST
Week off - Rotational Off - No fixed Sat & Sun
Cab Facility - 25KM from Job Location
2 Way Cab - 2750 one-way 1350
One way Free cab for Female between 8:00PM to 6:00AM
