Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly or indirectly supervises associates and/or supervisors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing hiring and training associates; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversees front desk operations ensuring efficiency organization and exceptional guest service across all shifts.
- Supervises and supports front desk bell and van staff using leadership and motivation techniques to boost productivity and morale.
- Prepares and monitors work schedules and payroll to align with occupancy forecasts budget and productivity goals.
- Coordinates with other departments (Housekeeping Engineering Banquets) to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Participates in daily Yield Management Meetings and serves regular Manager on Duty shifts assisting at the front desk as needed.
- Maintains inventory and supplies enforces safety procedures contributes to internal communications and stays aligned with GM/AGM directives.
- Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week); flexible availability required including holidays nights and weekends.
- This is an hourly role.

Experience/Education
College degree in Hotel Administration; 2â3 years hotel management/supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to speak read and understand English.
