Job Summary:
The Head of Operations will play a critical role in bridging technical and business operations ensuring alignment between product development business objectives and overall organizational goals. He/She will oversee product design revenue assurance and facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across all business units.

Technical and Business Liaison
Serve as a critical link between the technical and business teams translating technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Ensure technical teams understand business requirements and priorities while ensuring business stakeholders are informed of technical constraints and opportunities.
Revenue Assurance
Oversee revenue assurance processes ensuring accuracy in billing collections and reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue leakage.
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop strategies for revenue growth.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Foster effective communication and collaboration across all units including marketing sales technical finance and compliance teams.
Act as a central point of contact for resolving inter-departmental issues and facilitating decision-making.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Contribute to the development and execution of the organizations strategic goals.
Monitor performance metrics analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address operational risks.
