Job Summary

Summary:
This role is pivotal in driving sales and revenue growth for the corporate segment across all regions. The incumbent will own end-to-end performance across key metrics including revenue customer market share retention satisfaction and product penetration. With full accountability for new business acquisition strategic sales planning and customer engagement initiatives the position requires a proactive leader who can develop and execute high-impact strategies. The role involves close collaboration with marketing product and regional teams to deliver scalable growth optimize sales performance and ensure alignment with business objectives through data-driven insights and incentive structures.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead the execution of acquisition strategies for the corporate segment across the country.
  • Drive corporate sales teams to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral incentives and reward programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to support sales target delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Establish standardized processes for setting communicating and tracking sales targets.
  • Implement key performance metrics to monitor progress and recommend corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
  • Develop and manage a performance-based sales compensation plan to motivate and reward top results.
  • Leverage sales performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Regularly review and refine the Sales Incentive Plan including measurement criteria and short-term targets to align with evolving business priorities.
  • Build and execute strategies to expand customer market share through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
  • Develop a framework for recruiting onboarding and managing alternate sales partners and distribution channels.
  • Deliver standardized SOPs to guide regional and channel managers in the effective management of third-party sales partners.

Requirements


  • 10 years of proven leadership experience in enterprise sales and operations management with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in B2B sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing account receivables and mitigating bad debt risks.
  • Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of ICT and telecom services applied strategically to deliver customer-centric business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to lead complex transformational programs and projects in fast-paced dynamic environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a growth-oriented approach to innovation and performance improvement.
