Job Description
This is a remote position.
- 20 hours a week
- Monday Friday flexible anytime between 8:00 AM5:00 PM UK
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content for Instagram YouTube and TikTok using existing video library
- Develop and maintain consistent content calendar and posting schedule
- Create engaging short-form video content and reels from existing footage
- Write compelling captions and copy that appeals to luxury real estate audiences
- Handle community engagement by responding to inquiries and messages promptly
- Join relevant groups and communities to build brand awareness and connections
- Coordinate directly with video editors to specify content requirements and direction
- Implement social media strategies to increase engagement and follower growth
- Reach out to potential influencers and build strategic partnerships
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management across Instagram YouTube and TikTok (portfolio required)
- Background or strong understanding of real estate marketing preferably luxury properties
- Basic video editing skills for creating short-form content and reels
- Strong copywriting abilities with understanding of luxury market language
- Experience with content calendar management and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication skills for community management
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams
- Understanding of brand development and marketing strategies
