Senior Media Buyer Programmatic & Mobile UA

Role Overview
As a Senior Media Buyer you will take full ownership of programmatic user acquisition campaigns across multiple DSPs SDK networks and traffic sources. Youll be responsible for end-to-end campaign managementfrom initial setup and integrations to real-time optimization and performance reporting. This role offers high autonomy continuous learning and direct influence on campaign scale and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps and web across multiple DSPs and SDK networks.
- Manage the complete campaign lifecycle: setup targeting creative coordination tracking integrations and QA.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize towards KPIs including FTD cost ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B tests and explore new bidding models creatives and traffic sources.
- Work closely with creative and analytics teams to apply data-driven insights.
- Adjust bids targeting and budgets in real time based on performance signals and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies in programmatic and mobile UA.
- Prepare clear actionable performance reports and scaling recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing DSP/programmatic campaigns.
- Solid understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team membersadvantageous.
- Highly motivated curious and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
