Job Overview: The Product Manager is responsible for the PnL of the product/s that he/she handles. The role sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generate revenues for the Company.
Job Description:
Revenue generation - Ensures that the Sales team can effectively sell the product; Helps Sales in crafting proposals/solution offering and close deals.
Product SME Acts as the pre-sales support to Sales; Does client presentations with Sales
Product viability - Maintains the competitiveness and relevance of the product defines pricing and offering draws the product roadmap and innovations.
Operational efficiency - Functionally oversees delivery operations that directly affect PnL.
Marketing and lead generation Positions the product in the market. Generates passive and active leads. Handles telemarketing. Provides sales collateral product decks and sales materials.
Expansion of product portfolio launches new viable products as a new revenue stream for the company.
Partner Management Manages 3rd party partners principals and vendors adjacent to the product
Equips the Sales team through Product Training
Leads product strategy GTM

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent disciplines
Related Experience Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Product Management
Strength on B to B and B to B to C product marketing
Exposure on IT related product/services
Must have Salesforce experience and Go-to-Market expertise
Skills Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office
Soft Skills:
Above average communication skills
Excellent customer service
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team environment
