Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Part-time Monday to Friday flexible between 9 am -7 pm Arizona (Mountain Time)
Client Overview: A growing naturopathic medical clinic focused on holistic patient care and natural health education. Theyre building their online presence to better connect with patients and share valuable wellness content. The team is passionate about patient education and community building through digital channels.
- Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms for a healthcare audience
- Edit videos for social media posts and patient education materials
- Schedule and publish social media posts consistently while maintaining brand voice
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all content including colors and visual style
- Handle the complete content creation process from concept to final publication
- Collaborate with the medical team through shared drives for content review and approval
- Ensure all content meets HIPAA compliance requirements for healthcare marketing
- Provide daily progress reports and end-of-week summaries
- Work with raw footage images and materials provided by the clinic
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and content distribution
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for healthcare content
- Strong attention to brand guidelines and visual consistency
- Experience maintaining quality standards and brand colors across content
- Ability to work within the Mountain Time zone or provide a 4-hour daily overlap
- Bonus if you have experience with Flowdesk Vista Social or Go High Level
- It helps if you have previous healthcare or wellness industry experience
