The Opportunity

Werelooking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team during an exciting period of transformation as we transition from Preceda to Workday. Please note that this is a part time position for 3 days a week.

In this roleyoullwork closely with a diverse employee base and report directly to the Payroll Manager at ourEveleigh office.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes including employee setup changes terminations and fortnightly payrollruns(Preceda and Workday).
  • Review andvalidatedocumentation timesheets and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports whilemaintainingaccurateelectronic records.
  • Respond to payroll queries and provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives including automation opportunities and adherence to company policies and WHS standards.

Whatyoullbring:

Youreproactive detail-oriented and collaborative thriving in a fast-paced have:

  • Proven payroll experience ideally within a medium to large organisation.
  • Proficiencywith payroll systems and strong Excel/data skills.
  • Ability to reconcile superannuation payments and interpret awards/EBAs (desirable).
  • Excellent time management organisational skills and clear communication.
  • Collaborative team player with discretion in handling confidential information.
