The Opportunity
The Mount Private Hospital is currently seeking a professional and customer focused Supply Officer to join their busy team of professionals on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Supply Team Leader this position is responsible for assisting with the supply management of the hospital. The position also includes handling supply & imprest queries as well as general duties in our logistics area.
About You
You will be a professional Officer with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric focus. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and promoting positive team culture communicating and offering help to team members and liaising with other staff as required to create an experience that makes a difference.
To be successful in this role you will:
Experience with a computerised purchasing system
Ability to work within constraints of a set financial budget
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Proven time management and problem-solving ability
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Ability to work with urgency and efficiency
Previous experience in a similar role (desired) Warehousing Inventory background will be considered
Medical product knowledge (desired)
