Key Responsibilities:
- Review prescriptions to assess whether the diagnosed disease/condition is covered under the customers insurance policy
- Perform basic quality checks on prescriptions including:
Verifying doctors name registration ID and specialization.
Ensuring mandatory details are present (diagnosis medicines prescribed patient details date etc.) - Identify and report inconsistencies or incomplete documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to seek clarifications or escalate exceptions
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs claim processing timelines and confidentiality norms
- Maintain records of reviewed prescriptions with appropriate tagging (approved/needs clarification/rejected)
- Monitor provider/client performance analyse the data and prepare report to keep clients and internal stakeholders informed
- Proactively visit clients at their location to understand their needs challenges and goals
- Conduct field research to stay updated on market trends and educate clients on relevant products and services and serve as a SME
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacovigilance specialization) recent graduates

- Attention to detail and ability to analyze documents logically
- Proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable working with digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
