Review prescriptions to assess whether the diagnosed disease/condition is covered under the customers insurance policy
Perform basic quality checks on prescriptions including: Verifying doctors name registration ID and specialization. Ensuring mandatory details are present (diagnosis medicines prescribed patient details date etc.)
Identify and report inconsistencies or incomplete documentation
Work closely with internal teams to seek clarifications or escalate exceptions
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs claim processing timelines and confidentiality norms
Maintain records of reviewed prescriptions with appropriate tagging (approved/needs clarification/rejected)
Monitor provider/client performance analyse the data and prepare report to keep clients and internal stakeholders informed
Proactively visit clients at their location to understand their needs challenges and goals
Conduct field research to stay updated on market trends and educate clients on relevant products and services and serve as a SME
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacovigilance specialization) recent graduates welcome
Strong foundational knowledge of drugs therapeutic categories and disease profiles
Attention to detail and ability to analyze documents logically
Proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable working with digital platforms
