Responsibilities
- Contribute to the management and development of the Client Connectivity function both in India and the Asia Pacific region and assist to build up GPS Client Connectivity as a cohesive functional unit
- Manage escalations/senior management interventions as also managing operational risk including its identification assessment mitigation and control loss identification and reporting
- Build a relationship across all levels at the customers end and become the first point of contact from the banks side for any GPS related requirements of the customer requirements rather than a plain transaction banking representative. Ensure top of mind recall with the client.
Eligibility
- This is an entry-level job
- Project management skills with the ability to manage implementation / client onboarding activities.
- Ability to work closely with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions/services to meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication analytical negotiation and people oriented skills
