Job Summary

To oversee all showroom operations drive sales performance and implement effective marketing strategies to increase foot traffic customer engagement and revenue. Responsible for maintaining brand integrity managing the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily showroom operations to ensure efficiency and a premium customer experience.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns promotions and in-store events to attract new and repeat customers.

  • Supervise and motivate the showroom sales team including training performance monitoring and goal setting.

  • Analyze sales data customer feedback and market trends to improve product presentation and marketing efforts.

  • Ensure showroom layout displays and merchandise meet brand guidelines and are updated regularly.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.

  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.

Key Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 5 years experience in showroom sales and marketing preferably in industry e.g. furniture/automotive/home appliances.

  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
