Looking for flexibility variety and the chance to make a real difference

GMHBA is seeking a Part-Time Admin Support Officer to support our Health Programs team and member engagement functions.

In this role youll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly from processing invoices and payments to coordinating client satisfaction surveys and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.

What youll do:

  • Keep things organised with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
  • Support health programs by coordinating surveys and managing feedback
  • Provide day-to-day admin support including filing data entry and document prep
  • Be part of a team that values collaboration care and continuous improvement


Skills And Experiences

What youll bring:

  • Strong admin experience (5 years) with proficiency in MS Office
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work independently
  • A positive proactive approach and great communication skills
