Job Summary

What you will do:

Optimizes strategies for surplus monetization and designs the operating model to manage surpluses from Pay-as-Consumed installations across Iberia (with a focus on LEC) in close coordination with cross-functional teams (e.g. Energy Sourcing & Pricing).
Drives cross-segment initiatives to improve efficiency and price competitiveness on the energy product.
Identifies and implements local cross-segment enhancements and adjustments to the existing energy product portfolio.
Oversees value assurance processes through to energy switch-in (billing start).
Consolidates business inputs for energy pricing aligning with Energy Sourcing & Pricing teams and develops processes for operationalization and back testing.

What are we looking for:

BSc or Master in engineering or management/economics.
From 4 to 8 years of experience preferably in areas such as consulting project management product/business development planning and control or any other project oriented / analytical functions.
Experience in the energy sector is valued but not mandatory.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication skills critical thinking and resilience
