We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Agent for Fulfillment Operations & Project Support (m/f/d) to join our dynamic this role you will be a key enabler for our product teams supporting new business initiatives and hyper care projects while ensuring operational excellence across our branch network. You will combine project coordination operational support and quality assurance to deliver smooth implementations resolve incidents efficiently and maintain top-tier service standards.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Provide operational support for new branch openings and digital initiatives ensuring smooth implementation through location setup configurations and metadata management.

- You develop and maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge base including process guidelines communication materials and documentation to ensure high data quality.
- You analyze branch incident tickets coordinate resolution efforts and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
- You support testing of high-impact releases ensuring go-live quality by identifying risks and coordinating mitigation strategies.
- You conduct individual follow-up with high-priority branches during hyper care phases providing dedicated support to ensure smooth operations.
- You act as a central point of contact for branches during incidents orchestrating support resources and ensuring rapid response and resolution.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You bring 23 years of experience in operational support or a similar role ideally with exposure to digital project coordination.
- You have strong analytical skills with experience in incident management systems pattern identification and process improvement.
- You communicate clearly across branch teams product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- You are experienced with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira ServiceNow) and documentation tools (e.g. Confluence) to track and manage workflows efficiently.
- You speak fluent English; knowledge of Portuguese is a strong plus.
