Address complex radar signal processing (RSP) challenges post Start-of-Production (SOP) ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Problem Analysis: Lead investigations into RSP issues to identify root causes and develop solutions that improve system performance and reliability.
- Customer Variant Strategy Development: Evaluate and implement RSP customizations to meet diverse customer requirements collaborating with stakeholders to enhance satisfaction.
- Engineering Change Leadership: Manage the impacts of engineering change requests on RSP functionality offering guidance on best practices for maintaining system integrity.
- Comprehensive Documentation Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation for RSP processes changes and customer variants ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Strategic Collaboration: Act as a liaison among manufacturing engineering and quality assurance to facilitate communication and achieve project goals.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide mentorship on advanced RSP capabilities and foster a culture of learning within the organization.
- Trend Analysis and Future Development: Monitor RSP technology trends and costumer feedback to advocate and aid future development decisions.
Process Optimization Leadership: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational performance in RSP engineering.

Education: MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering Physics Computer Science
