YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for creating and updating supplier master data in our backend systems and Procurement Platform ensuring compliance and efficiency. 
• You act as a quality gatekeeper ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across all systems to mitigate financial risk. 
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders and with suppliers to resolve any issues related to supplier details. 
• You support data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data. 
• You assist with various initiatives of supplier management to enhance our procurement landscape. 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are detail-oriented with a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style. 
• You are self-organized and demonstrate strong responsibility in your tasks. 
• You have a general understanding of purchasing and invoicing processes. 
• You bring efficiency to the operative processing of incoming tickets. 
• You have strong MS Office skills. 
• You are proficient in written English for professional email communication. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.
