The Senior Accountant manages function-based accounting handles month-end close tasks and reconciles balance sheets to ensure the organizations financial integrity.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Reflect Clovernooks mission vision and core values in daily interactions with consumers staff and all internal and external constituencies.
Maintain an automated inventory management system and record inventory costs in accordance with GAAP. Oversee regular physical inventory counts.
Maintain and reconcile an automated fixed asset system and record related journal entries.
Manage accounts receivable collections cash application and maintenance including reconciliation and credit management.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts from the general ledger to subsidiary ledgers.
Complete other month-end close duties as assigned.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Assist in the successful completion of the annual audit by independent auditors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Associates degree in accounting.
2-4 years of general accounting experience required.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to streamline accounting processes and proficiency in Excel.
