The Sr Director of US Radiopharmaceutical Operations role involves contributing to the Groups commercial goals by executing late stage and commercial radiopharmaceutical distribution strategy. The role will provide effective leadership and execution of the operational plan through the delivery of key operational tasks such as radiolabeling contract service provider management (vendor sourcing production capabilities distribution logistics) and commercial support to deliver the commercialization goals of the Groups assets. The candidate is expected to lead the successful implementation of the commercial distribution strategy for Telixs commercial products including contract execution (for radiolabeling CMOs) introduction of new tools providing the necessary data & analytics for finance sales and marketing in support of these assets. The candidate is also expected to effectively manage the radiolabeling contract providers/partners/vendors and radiolabeling CMO relationships by engaging with key customers manufacturing sites and logistics vendors necessary to operationalize late-stage products. The successful candidate must be able to collaborate across functional departments and effectively and professionally communicate with customers leadership and internal stakeholders in support of Telixs organizational objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

Distribution Strategy Implementation
Support and/or adjust the distribution model based on drug demand (sales forecast; desired location) drug profile (half-life; vial vs syringe; injection protocols) and CMO availability and capacity.
Manage the distribution plans including the distribution wholesale and/or Board of Pharmacy license management with the selected radiolabeling CMOs.
Enablement reporting requirements of all other groups in the Org (Sales Marketing Finance etc.)
Implement tools to track manufacturing status transportation status and delivery status to our customers.
Develop and implement a drug ordering platform for commercial or late-stage products.
CMO Performance Oversight
Develop performance KPIs for the contracted radiolabeling CMO supporting all commercial and late-stage products.
Measure KPIs for selected radiolabeling CMO network and ensure top performance.
Oversee creation and execution of Action Plans from radiolabeling CMO to improve performance when needed.
Organize and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with each of the selected radiolabeling CMOs.
Daily weekly monthly performance reviews of manufacturing success.
Daily weekly monthly performance reviews of dose delivery success
Trending and reporting of key performance indicators related to radiolabeling CMO manufacturing and operational activities.
Monthly review of operational performance issues and corrective actions by the CMO
Execute periodic manufacturing radiolabeling CMO site audits.
Host cross-functional Quarterly Business Review meetings with radiolabeling CMO with goal of improving performance.
Introduce strategic topics to radiolabeling CMO and drive implementation per agreed upon schedule (new markets dose availability etc.
Provide commercial forecasts to global supply chain and manage commercial complaints related to radiolabeling CMO performance.
Data & Analytics
Select and implement a uniform platform for KPI tracking across our radiolabeling CMO partners.
Develop uniform tools across various functions (as they apply to radiolabeling CMOs) with the goal of integrating available data and streamlining processes (Finance Sales Strategic Accounts)

Additional Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact in the US Operations team for the internal Clinical Medical Supply Chain Logistics and Manufacturing teams regarding all radiolabeling commercial operations aspects of our commercial and late-stage products.
Develop and advance key strategic relationships including customers vendors host institutions and Telix partners in support of the successful launch and commercial success of our commercial assets.
Support Telixs Corporate Objectives as set by the leadership team

Education and Experience:
Minimum 5 years leadership experience in the production distribution or administration of PET biomarkers used in Phase 3 clinical trials or commercial operations.
Experience working with radiopharmaceutical products customer workflows customer processes including dose ordering and patient imaging workflows.
Experience working with a global organization preferred.
Demonstrated project management success.
Has the ability to accomplish multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
Travel as required to perform job function.
