Strategy & Operations Consultant

What youll be responsible for:

Selected candidates will act as strategic partners to leadership translating priorities into clear roadmaps owning cross-functional workstreams and building the operational rhythm that keeps high-impact projects moving.

You will:

• Turn leadership goals into clear plans roadmaps and projects
• Own key workstreams across strategy operations go-to-market (GTM) or transformation
• Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions
• Design and improve processes so teams execute faster
• Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite VP functional heads) on high-impact initiatives
• Build clear reporting so everyone knows whats working

Youll be a strong match if you:

• Have 27 years of consulting strategy or ops experience
• Work directly with senior stakeholders on complex projects
• Move easily from high-level thinking to hands-on execution
• Are comfortable with data analysis and turning insight into action
• Preferably have experience in top-tier consulting environments (e.g. MBB Big 4 Accenture)
