GSC LLC is looking for a Creative Director to join our innovative team in Washington. This full-time on-site position presents an exciting opportunity to lead creative projects within the dynamic Information Technology industry.
As a Creative Director you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to execution ensuring that our visual communications align with the companys brand and goals. You will collaborate with various departments to drive creative strategies that enhance our product offerings and elevate the user experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110000 - $145000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in a vibrant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision for projects and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts
- Oversee the production of visual materials and content
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand standards
- Mentor and guide junior creative team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Experience in the Information Technology sector is a plus
