Job Summary
Job description:
- Perform functional and performance testing of air handling units pumps fans actuators sensors etc
- Review drawings P&IDs control schematics and client specifications
- Prepare commissioning plans test scripts and method statements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and controls issues & implement corrective actions and create lessons learned
- Be able to Produce detailed commissioning reports and punch lists with associated sites
- Provide training to client operations staff on system operation and maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with local codes safety regulations and Silent-Aire quality standards
- Take on site/on-line meetings and be able to liaise with other contractors site staff and the customer
- Frequent travel is a must within Europe
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong electrical background or a degree/diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent site experience)
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction-site environments.
- Proficient in reading technical/electrical drawings
