Job Summary
Are you our new Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our operations across the Saudi Arabia region.

As our new Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations. You will be responsible for administrative support logistics coordination and personnel management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment collaborating with multiple departments to optimize efficiency and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Administration: Manage service tickets inventory tracking procurement coordination and client communication.
Personnel Management: Oversee employee visas leave records training courses travel arrangements and HR documentation.
Logistics Coordination: Handle equipment shipments track incoming/outgoing goods ensure proper documentation and liaise with freight providers.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
We are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask and problem-solve. The ideal candidate should have:
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Experience in operations coordination logistics or administrative support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus).
