Job Description
Job Title: Operations Lead Consumer Durables Looking for Immediate to 30 days Joiners Female preferred Open Positions:2
Location: Mumbai Thane On-site Role
Working Days: Monday to Saturday 6 days working & Saturday is a half-day
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Reporting To: Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and streamline operational processes for our consumer durable products. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations timely execution and effective sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales Supply Chain Finance Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations.
Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets.
Monitor day-to-day operational activities and resolve process-related issues.
Ensure timely order processing stock management and product availability.
Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Maintain compliance with company policies operational standards and service quality benchmarks.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in sales support and backend operations.
Proficiency in MS Office ERP/CRM tools preferred.
Ability to multitask prioritise and work under pressure.
