Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 hours per day within client business hours
Client Timezone: Australian Timezone
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Operations Support Specialist to support day-to-day digital marketing and content operations. Youll play a key role in designing visuals scheduling posts and maintaining online platforms helping ensure consistent high-quality brand presence across all channels.


Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva following provided content titles brand guidelines and creative direction.

  • Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms using Later and manage updates on the company website (WordPress).

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communications.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing content planning and social media management.

  • Support content tracking engagement reporting and basic performance monitoring.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and posting of all scheduled materials.

  • Organize and maintain digital assets content calendars and file management systems.


Requirements
  • Proven experience with Canva for content design and social media graphics (applicants must submit a portfolio).

  • Familiarity with Later or similar scheduling tools.

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates and content uploads.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to follow creative direction while contributing fresh ideas.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
