Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing this role you will serve as a key point of contact for clients assisting them with inquiries resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a high standard of service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify troubleshoot and resolve client issues or escalate them to the appropriate department

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and resolve complex cases

  • Assist in onboarding new clients by providing information and support

  • Monitor feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer service as needed


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools

  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
