Job DescriptionShift: Weekends Friday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and track production activities to meet daily FG/WIP/Kanban requirements
Operate SMT machines
Operate AOI machines
Execute the production plan with efficiency and a continuous improvement mindset
Communicate issues or opportunities effectively with supporting functions and lead resolution initiatives
Ensure quality of workmanship in compliance with IPC standards and work instructions
Interact positively with direct reports to drive engagement and innovation
Manage rejected material resolution in coordination with Quality
Ensure timely tracking output and shipment of RMA product
Execute ECO rework and repair activities
Monitor MRP and WIP activities to ensure accuracy and proper work order closure
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary degree preferred
Two to five years of related work experience
Advanced knowledge of electronic components
Minimum 3 years operating SMT machines or performing AOI inspection
Minimum 3 years of electronic assembly experience or equivalent manufacturing experience
Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
Proficient computer skills; experience with ERP or MRP systems is a strong advantage; proficiency with MS Office is required
Basic soldering and quality inspection skills in accordance with IPC standards
SKILLS REQUIRED:
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (for hourly employees) Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience education location and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire schedule type and hours worked.
