As an Line Cook for Fresco Italiano youll be immersed in the rich and vibrant world of Italian cuisine. Working alongside talented chefs youll assist in the creation of authentic dishes ensuring every recipe reflects the essence of Italy. From mastering pasta-making techniques to perfecting pizza dough youll play a crucial role in bringing the flavors of Italy to life. With a passion for food and a desire to learn youll contribute to the culinary excellence that defines our kitchen.
Duties
- Assist with pasta making pizza preparation and other specialty Italian dishes.
- Uphold the restaurants commitment to providing exceptional Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction.
- Follow food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor food temperatures and assist in maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Food preparation.
- Working in a team environment.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Plating and presentation.
- Provide proper rotation of products.
- Complete opening/running/closing duties.
- Other duties as assigned by kitchen management.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card).
