Job Description

Seeking a self-driven MFG Integration Engineer with hands-on process and integration experience in manufacturing or development preferably within the HDD/Head or semiconductor industry.

  • Drive new product introduction into the manufacturing line.

  • Develop and optimize process routes to enhance products and processes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Program Design Development Process Equipment QA and Yield) to qualify new products processes and equipment.

  • Improve line yield element yield cycle time and overall product performance.

  • Ensure product quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing flow.


Qualifications :

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Physics Materials Science Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in process integration and characterization within the HDD semiconductor or similar manufacturing industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

  • Proven problem-solving analytical and presentation abilities.

  • Skilled in project management data analysis and evaluation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and JMP/SAS; familiarity with data visualization statistical analysis or programming tools (e.g. Tableau Python SQL) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of engineering methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma 8D FMEA and MRR is preferred.
