Our customer is making significant investments in expanding future production capacity through cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies.

This is your opportunity to play a key role in advancing both method and technology development - while helping to create innovative next-generation production solutions.

 

Youll work with state-of-the-art hardware and software contribute to the development of pioneering products and help refine existing standards. If you have some years of experience working with additive manufacturing and are ready to deepen your expertise this role offers a unique chance to grow.

 

Were looking for someone whos ready to build a long-term relationship and make a true commitment. Ideally you live in the Trollhättan/Vänersborg areaor are open to relocating.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with a skilled and supportive team.
  • Work alongside Senior Research Engineers on national and EU-funded projects.
  • Analyse and interpret customer requirements including technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to review CAD models and provide feedback to improve manufacturability and process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement CAM programs for CNC machines including Powder and Wire Deposition of metallic materials.
  • Design innovative machining setups and flexible strategies for low-volume production.
  • Optimize tool paths machining strategies and tooling solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Mentor and support CAM engineers sharing your expertise and technical insights.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in CAM software and manufacturing technologiesand apply them to improve processes.


Qualifications :

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master within mechanical engineering
  • Solid experience in manufacturing and production processes with some years in additive manufacturing is mandatory
  • Open-minded and driven by continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in English; Swedish is a plus.
  • Positive proactive and eager to share knowledge and support others.
