- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit in Business Administration Management Finance Engineering or a related field
- At least 6-8 years of experience in business management/ operations.
- Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum Master or PgMP is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
