Job description:
Responsibilities & Job Duties
Provide a full range of customer service to clients by phone fax or mail/e-mail. This includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of quality expectations for different clients and projects.
Enter orders using a computer and perform other basic office tasks as needed.
Be actively involved in problem solving and propose improvements to processes and procedures.
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Adhere to company policies procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and active listening skills.
Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy.
Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
Ability to learn basic terminology for all products and services offered.
Basic computer skills including ability to learn company business software and online ordering site.
Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
High school diploma.
Pass Background check
Pass UA drug screen
Have reliable transportation
$15-$17 depending on experience
