The Farm/Projects Manager will oversee and coordinate all building and farm-related projects on a private residence. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in construction/building who can ensure quality standards are met identify issues early and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day progress of farm and construction projects across the property.
- Supervise contractors service providers and site workers to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Monitor quality of work identifying faults or inconsistencies and implement corrective action.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the property owner.
- Ensure that all works are carried out safely legally and to required standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures project milestones and contractor performance.
- Support general farm and property operations where needed.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in construction building or related technical fields.
- Keen eye for detail with ability to identify errors or deviations in workmanship.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Agriculture or related discipline preferred.
- Proven track record in managing building or farm projects.
- Minimum 5 years experience in project/farm management or construction supervision.
- Valid drivers licence an added advantage.
