We are on the lookout for a Client Account Manager to join our client and be responsible for overseeing projects client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Effective client relationship management with potential new and established clients
- Build and Maintain Relationships - Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Client Communicati on - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries providing updates and managing expectations including after hours and weekends.
- Client Retention - Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and retention and act on feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Co-ordination and Management of Customers Jobs- ensuring effective internal communication task management brief interpretation holding departments to account based on customers expectations and brand guidelines.
2. Attracting and retaining new clients
- Identify Opportunities - Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts in alignment with the broader business strategy.
- Proposal Development- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations showcasing the agencys capabilities and securing new business.
- Negotiation New Contracts: Negotiate to secure contracts and close deals maximizing revenue potential.
- Networking and Partnership Development: Form strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and effectively network during industry events conferences and other relevant forums.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional services or products that could benefit the client and contribute to agency revenue.
- Renewals and Extensions: Manage contract renewals and seek opportunities to extend existing contracts or expand the scope of services.
3. Project Management and Task Oversight
- Project Oversight- Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.
- Resource Allocation - Manage resources effectively including allocating tasks to relevant Departments and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Quality Assurance- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations and agency standards including all brief requirements being addressed and proofing all deliverables.
- Task Productivity - Identify and implement opportunities to increase the productivity of task management to reduce direct and indirect costs of client projects.

- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients and team members.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business AdministrationCommunications or a related field.
- Advanced Degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Account Management Marketing or a related field preferably in an agency setting.
