Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join their hotel team in Victoria Falls. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front office operations ensuring seamless guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires proven leadership excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Opera PMS.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations including reception concierge reservations and guest relations.
- Ensure all guest check-in check-out and reservation processes are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead train and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service aligned with luxury standards.
- Implement and monitor front office policies procedures and service standards.
- Manage room allocations inventory and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping F&B Sales & Marketing) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
- Ensure full compliance with hotel policies health & safety regulations and brand standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Victoria Falls tourism market will be an added advantage.
